Scott and Judy

Dear Birth Parent(s):

We are grateful that you are considering us to parent your precious baby. Our names are Judy and Scott. We are unable to have biological children and believe that through adoption God will help us to achieve the family we have always wanted. We are honored and amazed by your courage and strength.

After what seemed like a lifetime of waiting, we met online. Although we were living in different states at the time, divine intervention brought us together. After searching for a job for five years in Colorado, Judy finally got offered one two months after meeting Scott online. She moved to Colorado two months later from Indiana and the rest is history. We dated for a couple of years and were married in 2007.

We share our home in Colorado with our four-legged-kids: our two cats, Boo and Tigger, and our dog, Charlotte. Scott works for a large company as an IT Desktop Support Specialist and Judy works as a Prepress Specialist for a printing company. Judy also does free-lance graphic design and photography on the side and intends on doing these from home once we are blessed with a child.

We both come from strong loving Christian families and are looking forward to creating our own through adoption. Through our parents' examples, we know how important it is to support your child through the good and the bad. Our parents also instilled in us how important family is. Scott's brother lives in Colorado and his other brother and parents live in Wyoming. We get together often to celebrate birthdays and holidays. Judy has a sister in Colorado who we see often. Her parents live in New York and her twin brother and his family live in North Carolina. We usually see them twice a year for vacation and holidays.

We believe that it is important for our future child to know God and have a strong church family. We currently attend church regularly and attend bible study once a week. Our church is very family oriented and has many children’s programs.

We look forward to being able to introduce and share experiences we enjoy with our child. We love to spend time traveling and hiking; as well as, attending concerts, plays and sporting events. Scott enjoys biking, skiing and watching football and racing. Judy loves being creative, photography, skating, and hockey.

We hope this letter helps you to get to know us and our family a little better. We look forward to perhaps meeting you and becoming a part of your baby's life if you should choose us.
