Designated Adoption
When birth and adoptive parents already have a plan.
Designated adoptions are those that come about when a birth family and an adoptive family decide to enter into an adoption plan together prior to any involvement with an agency.
At Colorado Christian Services we are able to assist all parties involved in a Designated Adoption by completing the adoption process. This includes completing the birth parent counseling if they live in Colorado and the adoptive parent home study, placement, post-placement and finalization.
- CORE Adoption Training
- Home Study Services
- Placement Services
- Post Placement
- Finalization
Each situation is unique, but we can provide the services you will need.
When your family and the expectant parents live in Colorado, we can provide the birth parent counseling to the birth parents and the home study, placement, post-placement and finalization services for the adoptive family.
When the expectant parents live in Colorado, but your family lives out of state, we can provide the state-required birth parent counseling and placement services.

We're here for you
Through a family friend, we met our wonderful birth mother and began the search for an adoption agency. God has led us throughout our journey to become parents and we have no doubt that He led us to Colorado Christian Services as well. The entire staff was such a blessing to our family, and we are forever grateful for and appreciative of them.
