Phone App Bidding Instructions

Step 1:  Download the Handbid App 
If you have an iPhone or Android, you can download the Handbid app from the Apple iTunes App Store or the Google Play Store.

Step 2:  Tap “Get Started” and Create Account
Next, you can create an account. From the App home screen, tap on the “GET STARTED” button and complete the information (please use your cell phone as the phone number). then tap “NEXT”.

Step 3: Enter the 5 digit code.
Handbid will text you a 5 digit code. Enter this code to log in.

Step 4:  Select “Auction” from the list and start bidding
Search for and select “CCS Spring Benefit 2020” from the list of auctions. When you click on the auction, please click “REGISTER”. Please note we strongly recommend you “ENABLE NOTIFICATIONS.” It will make it easier to track your bids. Enter your Credit Card Number and you’re all set!

Navigation:
To navigate, swipe left to enter the auction. Once in the auction, swipe left/right to access categories and up/down to access items.

Additional Information

• Please be aware that participants will be responsible for picking up the items that are won from the Colorado Christian Services office in Centennial. Social distancing protocols will be followed. We will, however, send Gift Cards and Gift Certificates through the mail.
  

• The opportunity to donate through the Silent Auction is also available. We count on the registrations and donations received from this annual event so we can continue to provide services and support for birth moms and adoptive parents. We are so grateful for your support!

Bidding Tips

• MAX BID:  This is the max you are willing to spend for an item and the Handbid system will automatically bid for you until you reach your max.  Set a max bid and enjoy your evening!

• NOTIFICATIONS: If you have downloaded the Handbid App and accepted push notifications, you will be notified by push notifications when you are outbid on an item. If you don’t have the app, you will receive text messages from Handbid.

• DASHBOARD: Monitor what you are currently winning and losing on the Dashboard screen in your app or online from a computer.
